Private Property Impounds

To release a vehicle from a Private Property Impound, you will need:

• Valid Picture ID
• Current Vehicle Registration

Payment Method:

• CASH ONLY (Private Property Impounds)

Exact change is strongly recommended to prevent the need to return on the next business day to collect change.

Police Impounds

To release a vehicle from a Police Impound, you will need:

• Valid Picture ID
• Current Vehicle Registration

Registration must match the registered owner’s ID

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cash
• Visa
• MasterCard
• All Other Major Credit Cards

Note: A 5% credit card processing fee applies per transaction.

Police Release Form Requirement

If your vehicle requires a Police Release Form, you must:

• Go to the police station of the agency that impounded your vehicle
• Obtain an official Police Release Form
• Bring the completed release form to Emerald Valley Towing

Your vehicle cannot be released without the required Police Release Form.

Important Notes

All required documents must be presented before a vehicle can be released.

• If the registered owner cannot be present, additional authorization may be required.
